The delivered product is damaged, what to do?

We understand this is unfortunate and will do everything to resolve the issue. Follow these steps:

  • Keep the packaging: Retain the packaging of the damaged product for further assessment or filing a claim.
  • Wait for instructions: We will investigate the situation and provide you with further instructions, which may include returning the damaged product or other steps.
  • Replacement or refund: After the investigation, we will determine if the product can be replaced or if you qualify for a refund. We aim for a prompt resolution.
